How do I know whether my fax has been sent successfully?

If you send confidential or important documents by fax, you want to know whether your fax(es) has/have been sent successfully to the recipient. You can see whether faxes have been sent successfully by checking the statistics in the Faxservice Service Desk. Alternatively, you can add an additional function to your fax account whereby you automatically receive a fax report by e-mail for all faxes that you send.

How do I receive fax reports?

1. Via the Service Desk (standard: free)
   In the statistics you can view a list of successful and failed faxes at any time.
    
2. By e-mail (optional: €2.00 per month)
   After you have sent a fax, you will receive an e-mail with a fax report. That means you will always have immediate confirmation of whether your fax has been sent successfully. *

The option to receive fax reports by e-mail can be switched on easily via the Faxservice Service Desk by selecting Settings > Fax reports.

* The charges for the additional functionality will be deducted automatically from your fax credit, at the same time as your subscription fee.
