What payment methods can I use?

Requesting a fax account is free. You can try Faxservice free for 30 days, with no obligation! If you decide to upgrade your trial account to a Faxservice account, you can choose from a range of payment methods.

Faxservice uses the payment provider MultiSafePay. The online payment process
is secure, simple and free! If you want to send and/or receive faxes through
Faxservice, you need to top up your fax credit.

Overview of your fax costs

Your subscription fee and fax charges will be deducted from your credit balance, so you can see your fax costs at a glance. Whether you choose to pay by iDeal or credit card (Visa, Mastercard), you can decide how much to top up.

Payment on invoice

You can also opt to pay by monthly invoice. If you wish to pay ‘on invoice,’ different conditions apply. Your fees will be invoiced afterwards. You will receive a PDF invoice in your mailbox. For further information on paying on invoice, contact Faxservice.

Insufficient fax credit

If you have insufficient fax credit, you can no longer send or receive faxes. You will be notified by e-mail when your balance reaches a specified minimum level. You can top up your fax credit whenever you wish by clicking the payment link in the e-mail.
