Can I change my fax settings myself?

You can change your fax settings via the Service Desk. These include your fax header, fax reports, e-mail address for receiving and sending faxes and the Service Desk settings.

You need to be logged into the Service Desk in order to change your settings. You can change your settings under the menu item "Settings".

Change account details

You can change your account details by going to "Administration" > "Account details".
